Change of Seasons
April 28, 2011
- When the first rays of sunlight warm our bodies we forget about the long, long winter.
We run outside and celebrate our victory,
the season of snow, ice, wind and cold rains has been quashed.
We wander while the birds sing: ‘Cuckoo, jug-jug, pu-we, to-witta-woo’ (Summer’s Last Will – Thomas Nashe)
However, men should count their blessings, because before we realize, one could lose that magical feeling and start to struggle against the heat.-

First flowers are planted by the Gardener.
First time to cut the lawn.
First sunlight peeking through the curtains.
First looking at the sunset after a day outside.
